To Install Just Use Linux From Windows
Vista, 7, XP, 2000, 89, etc. Simply
Make sure to extract all files including
the .iso file to the same directory
such as My Documents or the Desktop
Then just double click on 
"Install JULinux From Windows"
And the install will begin. Wubi Is
An installer for Ubuntu but should 
work fine as long as the .iso for 
JULinux is in the same folder.

You can use this for the 64 bit iso
as well if you like.
